About us
Operating five shipyards in Singapore, Batam, Indonesia and Guangdong, China, the Group has a proven track record of building specialized and niche vessels ranging from Offshore Support Vessels, Dredger, Tugs, Barges and Tankers for customers globally.
The Group provides comprehensive range of repair and conversion services including retro-fittings, life-extensions and repair of various types of vessels. The Group’s primary yard in Batam is one of the few yards in the region that can dock very large ships and vessels of even the aframax size and up to the capsize vessels. The repair capabilities also extend to the offshore oil and gas side, where the Group is even able to repair, reactivate and retro-fit drilling rigs and other offshore vessels.

The Group's engineering side consists mainly of the business of VOSTA LMG. VOSTA LMG is a market leader in dredging technology, product development, engineering and contracting, dedicated to serving the Worldwide dredging industry. In addition to designing and building complete dredgers, Vosta LMG is specialised in developing and manufacturing dredging components. VOSTA LMG's product range enables our clients to improve the effectiveness of their dredging work with the aim to meet its clients' need by providing high-quality, competitive dredging technology. With continuous development of the R&D team, VOSTA LMG's dredging components include highly innovative solutions with advantages in terms of wear, flow performance, efficiency, safety and environmental impact.
